The UAE Nursing License on file

The UAE licenses nurses through three authorities — DHA (Dubai), DOH (Abu Dhabi) and MOHAP (Northern Emirates) — each running a computer-based, single-best-answer MCQ exam of roughly 150 questions in about three hours, on the same NCLEX-style body of nursing knowledge. A pass, plus DataFlow primary-source verification and a Good Standing certificate, lets a nurse practise; a licence earned with one authority is recognised by the others.

Format
Practice is organised into the four official DHA nurse-exam domains: Fundamentals of Nursing; Adult Nursing (medical-surgical, pharmacology, critical care & emergency); Maternal-Child Nursing (maternal-newborn and pediatrics); and Leadership & Professional Practice (management, ethics/legal, community and mental health). Items are single-best-answer clinical MCQs anchored to the DHA reference textbooks and written in NCLEX style.
Candidates
  • Internationally-educated nurses (India, Philippines and beyond) applying to work in the UAE.
  • Registered nurses preparing for the DHA, DOH or MOHAP licensing exam.
  • Assistant/practical nurses preparing for the equivalent assistant-nurse exam.
  • Nurses relicensing after a career gap or moving between emirates.

  • Eligibility to practise as a Registered Nurse in UAE hospitals and clinics.
  • Confidence with the NCLEX-style, single-best-answer clinical question format.

Fidelity

How this mirrors the real format

  • The paper structure is the real format: a single timed section, 150 questions in total.
  • Timing is server-controlled for the full 3 hr -- closing the tab does not pause the clock, exactly like our paid mock series.
  • Marking follows the published paper: the per-section marks shown in the paper map are the marks the scorer applies.
  • Navigation is free within a section: you can review and change answers before you submit.

"Real format" means the paper shape, timing, marking and navigation above - not the official exam software, its visual identity, or any affiliation with the exam body.
