El MIR (Médico Interno Residente) es la prueba nacional del Ministerio de Sanidad que ordena el acceso a la formación sanitaria especializada en España. Es un examen de 210 preguntas de respuesta única (200 puntuables y 10 de reserva), con cuatro opciones y una sola correcta, penalización por error y unas cuatro horas y media de duración, que se celebra el último sábado de enero. Incluye un cuadernillo de imágenes clínicas (radiografías, ECG, histología, dermatología).
- Format
- La práctica se organiza por especialidades de todo el temario MIR: Cardiología, Neumología, Digestivo, Nefrología y Urología, Endocrinología, Neurología, Infecciosas, Hematología, Reumatología y aparato locomotor, Ginecología y Obstetricia, Pediatría, Cirugía, Dermatología/Oftalmología/ORL, Psiquiatría y Farmacología, más los bloques transversales de alto rendimiento (Estadística, Epidemiología y Medicina Preventiva; Bioética y Medicina Legal) y una asignatura de Imagen clínica para las preguntas con figura. Todos los ítems son de respuesta única con cuatro opciones, en español.
